Standard shipping is free on all UK orders over £100 and will be delivered in 2-4 business days after dispatch.

We provide free shipping on orders over £100. Otherwise shipping is £4.00. This will take 2-4 days.

We provide free shipping on orders over £250. Otherwise shipping is £12. This will take 3-8 days.

If you would like to return an item please email: returns@abovebelow.co within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in full, unworn and in the original packaging.

Please note the following items CANNOT be returned:

• Earrings - due to hygiene reasons
• Items sold as part of a set (unless whole set is returned - not including earrings)

As a small business we do not currently offer free returns and recommend the items are sent tracked. We are not liable for returns which go missing. 

Items for return will be checked for wear when received and then a refund will be issued within 5 working days.
