Materials
All of our jewellery is made from the highest quality recycled sterling silver.
Our gold pieces are Gold Vermeil, which is a sterling silver core with a thick layer of 18kt gold covering it, 2.5x thicker than standard gold plating.
Shipping & Returns
We use DHL for all orders and a tracking link is provided.
Standard shipping is free in the UK on orders over £100, on orders over £250 to Europe, and on orders over £300 to everywhere else.
Please email returns@abovebelow.com to initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your item(s). As a small business we can't offer free returns.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

What are the pieces made from?
All of our pieces are made from the highest quality recycled sterling silver.
For our gold pieces we use Gold Vermeil, this is a sterling silver core with a thick layer of gold over the top. This ensure the gold plating lasts a long time.
Can my jewellery be worn in the ocean?
Simply, yes!
We recommend that after wearing in the ocean you rinse the pieces off with non-salt water, as prolonged salt exposure will eventually lead to tarnishing (especially on the silver). But if pieces are tarnished then they only need a polish to get it's shine back.
Will the jewellery tarnish?
As our pieces are made from sterling silver and gold, they are highly tarnish resistant. But all jewellery will tarnish eventually, but if it does get tarnished you only need to give it a polish to bring it back to it's original shine!
Where are the pieces made?
All of our jewellery is hand made in Bali in an award winning jewellery studio.
Bali is know as one of the best places in the world for silversmiths, and for good reason as can be seen in the detail and quality of their work.
